The Amman City Tour Pass is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
The payment of the Amman City Tour Pass will only be refunded if the cancellation takes place no less than 48 hours before the chosen date for the tour.
No refund applies in the event of closure of participating locations for public holidays or unforeseen events, or free entrance days.
No refund applies for un-used tickets.
The Amman City Tour Pass does not give admission to temporary exhibitions or guided visits, or to any attractions when they are closed.
The Amman City Tour Pass is valid for redemption on the selected date during the purchasing process.
Opening times of participating Locations fluctuate from time to time and users of information on this website are advised to check with the Location concerned prior to visiting in order to ascertain the opening times.
All and any complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the Location concerned.
